Chris Henry has been described as a Coach/Trainer by sports stars and corporate companies who teaches modern psychology and philosophy in a straight forward and understandable format. Chris became fascinated with personal development, mental coaching, psychology, philosophy, goal setting, neuroscience, neural conditioning, visualisation and quantum physics over 25 years ago and has spent that time studying and teaching these subjects globally.
